Moving towards the Miraculous - by Soleira
I would define the miraculous as unprecedented possibility ... something that we haven't quite got our heads round and can't quite believe in yet. What we can believe in, we can create. We are beginning to realise that the world occurs and reality is created by how we choose to perceive it.
Is the world a place of war and angst, generally falling apart at the seams? Or is our world a place of wonder and creation, surging into ever new potentiality for all?
Is your coaching client a person with a problem who's struggling to make a better life for themselves? Or is your client the next creative genius who will unlock miraculous possibilities for us all?
However you choose to view the world, your clients, or anything else, can determine how Life will go for everyone. We are, whether we know it or not, collective creators of our reality now. Your client doesn't stand a chance of unlocking their genius in your presence if you can't see a miracle waiting to be unleashed in them.
Let me give you an example.
During one of our recent training courses, one of our participants came into the course on the first morning having just been made homeless (she has four kids), with no money and with her new boyfriend having just left her. We worked with her to reorient her to the potential of this situation (in her case it was being completely the powerful creator of her Life in every aspect).
She went off for an hour and a half to make phone calls and came back smiling saying she had the house in her name, the money for the deposit and the first month's rent, AND — because she'd dialled a wrong number on her mobile to an old friend — she also had a full moving and cleaning team (10 people and a truck) for her move FOR FREE.
The next day she and her boyfriend reunited and they are now all living in a wonderful new place with a view of the ocean and she's just been offered a full time job in the profession of her passion, working with autistic children. This woman is a miracle walking in my books. She's writing a book on her abusive past to show others how they can miraculously create their lives from victim to victorious.
When we looked at this woman, we didn't see a set of problems or a victim creating tragedy in her life. We saw the most gorgeous, wondrous being who has the potential to light up Life!
Every time you coach someone you have the opportunity to create miraculous, unprecedented outcomes that move our world forward wonderfully. As visionary coaches, we can be conscious co-creators of an amazing world and the realisers of miracles with every person we touch.
